Hello, dear green family!
Now a new page is being opened in the history of our local committee. After all, very soon we will find out who will lead them in the 24.25

LCP is a life change position. An incredible experience that pumps you as a person. It is here that you understand what kind of leader you should become, how to build the structure and strategy of the LC, as well as how to work for the brand of the organization.

My dear EB Embrace, I know what challenges you have already gone through and how you have grown up. I am sure that each of you is worthy of this position and that it is you who will make our local committee truly legendary!

Now is your time to fully experience us as Unity For Achievement and what kind of future you are going to build for LC Ufa.

LCP Job Description
• EB team management (election, planning, tracking, coaching, transition management);
• LC management (people, operations, finance, legality, innovations);
• Full Members management (Compendium adopting and fulfillment tracking);
• P-team management;
• Representation of the LC on NA, city, government and international level (participation in conferences, reporting, membership criteria management, communication with MC, communication with government, LC partners);
• IR management;
• Extra roles, which LCP define, according to their strategy.

Make 1-2 paged CV in which include the following:
1. Photo

7. Present your @XP and main achievements (graphically, visually or in words).
8. Present your work experience outside of AIESEC
9. Describe yourself in one paragraph (3-4 sentences about who you are and what it means to be you)

Endorsement Letters

You should include 3 endorsement letters:

1. From someone who was your leader
2. From your team mate
3. From your member or someone who was led by you

Endorsements can't be written from one person to more than two candidates.
Endorsements can't be written by LCP current.
Endorsements can't be written from one candidate to another.
Endorsements must have signs and be scanned in PDF.

  1. What is the cause why AIESEC exist? What for the world need AIESEC?
  2. What mission of organization means for you personally? What do you do to achieve it?
  3. What for do we do exchanges (iRV, oRV, oGT) and BD? What impact do we do through it? What impact do we do through it and what is the value of these products?
  4. Mention the World trends and AIESEC relevance to these trends?
  5. What are the main challenges, that our organization faces and what are your ideas to overcome them?
  6. What is the role of UFA in AIESEC in Russia and AIESEC global in term 24|25?
  7. Assess what are the behaviors LC UFA has now? How do they differ from what you want to see? How do you want to change them?
  8. What is the value of membership experience in AIESEC? Why person should choose AIESEC, but not the other youth organization? Compare AIESEC and 2 other youth leadership organizations


IT'S GREAT TO BE A PRODUCT HEAD
  1. Analyze AIESEC in UFA last 3 year across all programs, define the strategies needed for each of the programs to grow in 2024. (Make it look like Diagrams or Graphics of your growth since 2020)
  2. What are the successes and bottlenecks in all programs now?
  3. How will your EB and LC structures look like? Make a diagram
  4. What were the key achievements and learnings of last 5 EB terms (including the current one). How will you build up on them in your term?
  5. What is the weakest stage of customer flow in each product?
  6. List 5 key initiatives to upgrade our membership.
  7. What are the LCP’s main focuses in finance management?
  8. What do you think needs to be done to increase profits?
  9. Describe LC Ufa you see at the end of January 2025 among those criteria: people, finance, operations, external relations, internal culture. What result you want to see at the end to be proud of your term?

  1. How will you manage your EB team and P-team?
  2. What is your vision for the term 24|25? Why?
  3. What are 3 main focuses which will help you to achieve this vision?
  4. How will you select your EB team, how will you lead them and lead the LC?

  6. Personal learnings that you can bring to UFA in 24.25
  7. How do you see your team at the end of the term? Present 3 key initiatives to fulfill that.
  8. How will you work on your LCP brand at LC, NA, city and international level?

  1. Record a motivational video - why are you applying for the LCP position and why should you become the president of the LC Ufa? (upload the video to Google drive, the video must be in English)
  2. Present the LC strategy for the year (February 2024 - January 2025). In the strategy, indicate MoS, focuses - in Google Sheets
  3. Make a LC budget for the year (February 2024 - January 2025) - in Google Sheets

Это поистине Life Change Position. Свою жизнь, жизнь своего совета и жизнь ЛК будешь создавать из тех идей, ценностей и стремлений, которые зарождались в тебе до этого момента. ЛСП позиция это возможность дать твоим идеям и мыслям найти выход, применить их и увидеть магию айсека.

А еще у тебя будет команда. Семья. Самая главная твоя опора и источник каждодневного вдохновения. Это будут лучшие люди, самые дорогие тебе на всю жизнь. И вот когда вы соберетесь все вместе, ты почувствуешь такую силу, что вы будете способны совершить поистине невероятные вещи - вот тогда и изменится твоя жизнь, жизнь команды и жизнь ЛК.

Опыт ЛСП подарил мне невероятную веру в себя как лидера, и подарил мне лучшую команду, которая стала для меня второй семьей.

Думаю, если вам важно открыть самые глубинные части себя, прожить самый интенсивный командный опыт и дать своему локальному комитету все, что вы когда-либо могли и хотели бы дать, то этот опыт точно для вас! ;)

В конце-концов, быть руководителем целой организации в 20 c хвостиком лет - это то, чем не каждый может похвастаться! ;D

Бремя ответственности за локальный комитет это не из простых, здесь ты будешь сталкиваться с проблемами, которые раньше тебе и не снились, однако этот опыт делает тебя сильнее.

Ты сам выберешь, что будет целью твоего срока, однако именно развитие лидерства в людях и раскрытия их потенциала покажет настоящий результат твоей работы.
